Situations Self Defense

 

These self defense explanations are purely intended to make you feel safer.
Self defense is much more alone than knowing how you can defend yourself. Being self-assured and therefore radiating and discovering your own strengths can not be achieved through books or websites.
Personal or group lessons in martial arts schools are more effective and they can search together with you what your strengths and weaknesses are.

And how you can develop self-confidence
For the best results, I refer you to a nearby martial arts school.


 

Defense titel: Umbrella (Threatening attack) 


If you are being stopped and aggressively threatened, you can do the following.


Take your umbrella and stab with the tip hard in the attacker's stomach, so the attacker is distracted for a short time.


Immediately after that you take with the handle of the umbrella the ankle of the attacker,

and pull the leg firmly off the ground so that the attacker loses his balance and falls to the ground.



Immediately you stab with the tip of the umbrella in the stomach or groin of the attacker and quickly run away.



Defense titel: (Neck choke hold escape)



With a stranglehold and only your arms free you can do the following.

Grab with one hand the hair or cap firmly and pull the head backwards, and with the other hand you punch/grab the groin of the attacker.
Keep hitting or grab harder until the attacker lets you go.
Now that the attacker is temporarily distracted, you push the attacker to the ground

Now that the attacker is on the ground, you end it with a powerful kick to the groin and run away.
